If You Want Someone to Tell You What You Want to Hear, I Am Not Your Coach.

I believe coaching should produce movement.

Not excuses.

Not endless conversations about everything that went wrong.

Not paying someone to agree with you every week while nothing in your life changes.

My role as a coach is not to make every conversation comfortable.

My role is to help you get clear about where you are, confront what is keeping you there and build a realistic strategy for moving forward.

That requires honesty.

It requires accountability.

And most importantly:

It Requires Commitment.

If you are committed to changing something in your life and prepared to participate in the work required to change it, we may work well together.

If you are looking for someone to repeatedly validate excuses you already know are keeping you stuck, we probably will not.

And that is okay.

Neither of us needs to waste our time.

COLORS.png

COACHING IS ABOUT COMMITMENT

Change does not happen because you booked a session.

It does not happen because you bought a journal.

It does not happen because you watched a motivational video.

And it certainly does not happen because somebody told you that everything you are doing is fine.

Real change requires participation.

You have to show up.

You have to tell the truth.

You have to do the work between sessions.

You have to be willing to hear things you may not enjoy hearing.

You have to make decisions.

You have to follow through.

And when something does not work, you have to be willing to adjust instead of retreating into the same excuses that brought you here.

That is coaching.

COLORS.png

I AM NOT HERE TO JUDGE YOU.

But I Am Also Not Here to Help You Lie to Yourself.

There is a difference between judgment and accountability.

I do not expect perfection.

I do expect honesty.

You can make mistakes.

You can have bad days.

You can struggle.

You can admit that you are scared.

You can say you do not know what to do next.

What we cannot do is pretend.

We cannot spend session after session blaming everybody else while refusing to examine your own decisions.

We cannot build a different future while protecting every habit responsible for creating the present.

And we cannot ask for accountability and then become offended every time accountability arrives.

My coaching approach is direct because your time matters.

So does mine.

My coaching is designed for adults who genuinely want something in their lives to change.

You may be:

a father trying to become more intentional;

a parent determined to break unhealthy family patterns;

someone rebuilding after divorce, separation, rejection or a major life transition;

an LGBTQ+ adult working through identity, family or relationship challenges;

a professional who has become successful on paper but disconnected personally;

someone who keeps repeating the same relationship patterns;

a person who knows your boundaries are weak;

someone struggling to turn ideas into execution;

a leader who needs stronger accountability;

or simply someone tired of having the same conversation with yourself year after year.

You do not need to arrive with everything figured out.

You do need to arrive ready to work.

WHO I COACH

1

You are tired of starting over.

You know you have been making excuses.

You need structure.

You need accountability.

You are willing to examine your own behavior.

You want someone who will challenge you respectfully.

You are prepared to make difficult decisions when necessary.

You want practical strategies rather than motivational speeches.

You understand that discomfort is sometimes part of growth.

You are willing to complete the work between sessions.

You want your life to look different—not merely feel better for an hour after talking about it.

THIS COACHING MAY BE FOR YOU IF...

2

You primarily want someone to agree with you.

You want every problem to remain somebody else's fault.

You consistently refuse to follow through.

You are unwilling to receive constructive feedback.

You expect your coach to do the work for you.

You want change without changing anything.

You are looking for therapy rather than coaching.

You are being pressured into coaching by someone else and have no personal commitment to the process.

Or you believe paying for coaching automatically guarantees results without your participation.

There is no shame in recognizing that you are not ready.

But readiness matters.

I would rather work intensely with someone who genuinely wants change than collect money from someone who has already decided they will not participate.

THIS COACHING IS PROBABLY NOT FOR YOU IF..

MY COACHING PHILOSOPHY

Clarity Before Comfort.

Sometimes the kindest thing someone can do is tell you the truth clearly.

awh_edited.jpg

Accountability Without Humiliation.

Holding someone accountable does not require disrespecting them.

You will be challenged.

You will not be degraded.

rob.jpeg

Responsibility Over Blame.

Understanding who hurt you may explain part of your story.

Eventually, however, your life becomes your responsibility.

The question shifts from:

“Who caused this?”

to:

“What am I going to do now?”

som.jpeg

Strategy Over Motivation.

Motivation disappears.

Systems remain.

We focus on decisions, habits, boundaries, communication and actions that can continue functioning when you do not feel inspired.

pop.jpeg

Progress Over Performance.

I do not need you pretending everything is great.

I need you telling the truth about what is actually happening so we can work with reality.

aoe.jpeg

Action Over Endless Analysis.

Understanding yourself matters.

But eventually understanding must become behavior.

If every session produces insight but nothing changes outside the session, something is missing.

COACHING AREAS

ffl_edited.jpg

Fatherhood & Family Leadership

Fatherhood requires more than providing money, rules or a roof.

It requires leadership.

And leadership begins with the person doing the leading.

This coaching is for fathers prepared to examine how they communicate, respond, discipline, lead and show up inside their families.

We may address:

parent-child communication;

family structure;

emotional availability;

discipline;

boundaries;

consistency;

fatherhood identity;

co-parenting challenges;

family traditions;

parental accountability;

cycle-breaking;

and the legacy your children are actually experiencing, not merely the one you intend to leave.

bgc.jpeg

Breaking Generational Cycles

Saying “I want to break cycles” sounds powerful.

Doing it is harder.

It means recognizing which behaviors you inherited.

It means admitting which ones you have repeated.

It means changing your response when the old response still feels natural.

This coaching focuses on identifying patterns and translating awareness into different behavior.

The goal is not to spend your life blaming previous generations.

The goal is to make sure the next generation receives something healthier.

pta.jpeg

Personal Transformation & Accountability

You know something needs to change.

Now what?

This coaching is for people navigating reinvention, transition or a period in which their current habits no longer match their desired future.

We may work on:

accountability;

decision-making;

personal discipline;

confidence;

consistency;

boundaries;

habits;

direction;

identity;

purpose;

execution;

and building a practical plan for moving forward.

This is where ideas become measurable action.

lgbtq.jpeg

LGBTQ+ Identity, Family & Authenticity

Living authentically is not always as simple as announcing who you are.

Identity can intersect with family expectations, parenting, relationships, culture, religion, professional life and years of learned behavior.

This coaching provides a direct space to work through those realities without reducing your entire life to your sexuality or identity.

Areas may include:

authentic living;

family dynamics;

coming out or living more openly;

parenting and identity;

relationships;

boundaries;

self-respect;

belonging;

and building a life that no longer requires constant self-erasure.

rc_edited.jpg

Relationships & Communication

Sometimes the relationship is the problem.

Sometimes your communication is the problem.

Sometimes both are true.

Relationship coaching focuses on recognizing patterns instead of repeatedly arguing about symptoms.

We may examine:

communication;

boundaries;

expectations;

conflict;

trust;

attachment patterns;

decision-making;

self-respect;

accountability;

repeated relationship choices;

repair;

and recognizing when a relationship needs work versus when you are trying to force something that has already ended.

The goal is clarity.

Not keeping every relationship alive at any cost.

lpe_edited.jpg

Leadership, Purpose & Execution

Having a vision is easy.

Execution is where people get exposed.

This coaching is for entrepreneurs, leaders, creators and professionals who have ideas, responsibilities or ambitions but need greater clarity, discipline and accountability.

We may work on:

prioritization;

leadership;

decision-making;

execution;

communication;

personal brand alignment;

professional boundaries;

consistency;

time management;

purpose;

and converting long-term goals into immediate action.

A plan that never gets executed is just another idea.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ME

You can expect me to listen.

But you can also expect me to respond.

You can expect questions.

Sometimes difficult ones.

You can expect honesty.

You can expect structure.

You can expect accountability.

You can expect respect.

You can expect me to challenge contradictions when I hear them.

You can expect me to remember what you said you wanted and ask whether your decisions match it.

You can expect practical assignments when appropriate.

And you can expect me to take the work seriously.

1

Show Up.
Be present for the work you requested.

Be Honest.
If you are pretending, we are coaching the performance instead of the person.

Do the Work.
Your life happens between sessions.
That is where most of the change needs to happen.

Communicate.
If something is not working, say so.

Take Responsibility.
Your history matters.
Your circumstances matter.
Other people's behavior matters.
But eventually we have to identify what remains inside your control.

Be Coachable.
You do not have to agree with every observation immediately.
You do need to be willing to consider whether there is something worth examining.

Commit.
Coaching without commitment becomes conversation.
That is not what I offer.

WHAT I EXPECT FROM YOU

RESULTS REQUIRE PARTICIPATION

I cannot guarantee a specific personal, professional, relationship or financial outcome.

No ethical coach should.

What I can provide is structure, perspective, accountability, questioning, strategy and support within the scope of coaching.

What happens with those tools depends heavily on what you do with them.

The coach does not live your life after the session ends.

You do.
