P.R.O.U.D. Inc. was founded by Tyson Pete to support gay fathers, LGBTQ+ parents and their families through education, community, advocacy and practical resources.

We break what was handed down.
Unlearn shame, destructive discipline, silence, unhealthy masculinity, abandonment, fear, and inherited family patterns.

We build what comes after us.
The goal isn't merely surviving. It's creating healthier children, families, communities, And legacies.

When fathers heal, families thrive.
But healing alone is not enough.
Families also need stability.
Education.
Community.
Opportunity.
And support systems that recognize the needs of the entire household.
Why the Work Exists
LGBTQ+ visibility has expanded significantly.
That matters.
But visibility and infrastructure are not the same thing.
A father can be visible and still need parenting support.
A family can be celebrated publicly while struggling privately.
A child can live in an affirming home while still needing academic resources.
A parent can have community and still feel alone.
P.R.O.U.D. Inc. exists in that space between representation and practical family life.
Our Programs
I build every program from scratch, myself.
My first priority is completing and releasing the rest of the Courageous Love series on September 22, 2026. Once the full series is available, I can build each program and course intentionally around my work, ensuring everything connects, flows, and delivers the experience I envisioned from the beginning.
Thank you for your continued patience. I do not take this work lightly, and I refuse to rush something simply to say it is finished. If my name is on it, I want it to be thoughtful, meaningful, complete, and worthy of the people I created it for.
All programs and courses will be available by Christmas 2026.
I am working hard behind the scenes to build the resources, education, tools, and support you may need. This is bigger than simply releasing programs. I am building something designed to last, serve, heal, educate, and create real impact.

P.R.O.U.D. Inc. Academy
P.R.O.U.D. Inc. Academy extends the mission into education.
The Academy focuses on academic development alongside practical preparation for life.
Education should prepare young people not simply to pass exams, but to think, communicate, make responsible decisions and enter adulthood with tools they can actually use.
Programming may include academic subjects, financial literacy, digital responsibility, career development, communication, life skills and personal leadership.
The Courage Lab
The Courage Lab is a self-guided personal-growth experience designed around the P.R.O.U.D. principles.
Participants are encouraged to examine their habits, relationships, communication, family patterns, responsibilities and future goals through structured lessons and reflection.
The objective is not perfection.
It is progress that can be measured in real life.
Fatherhood Fellowship
Fatherhood Fellowship brings structured fatherhood development into a deeper learning experience.
The program explores:
emotional awareness;
communication;
parent-child relationships;
family leadership;
identity;
boundaries;
personal responsibility;
cycle-breaking;
and creating a stronger foundation for the next generation.
Community Healing & Family Programming
Tyson's broader community work may include:
fatherhood workshops;
family-development programs;
educational resources;
community conversations;
advocacy;
mentorship;
family-centered events;
resource navigation;
and collaborations with organizations serving parents and children.
The Long-Term Vision
The vision is larger than one program.
It includes stronger educational resources.
More fatherhood programming.
Family-centered community experiences.
Opportunities for mentorship.
Practical support.
Advocacy.
Family retreats.
Community spaces.
Food and resource access.
And a larger network of fathers and families who know they do not have to build alone.
The goal is not simply to create a nonprofit associated with Tyson Pete.
The goal is to build infrastructure useful enough to remain after the founder is no longer the person standing at the center of it.
Courageous Love in Practice
Courageous Love provides the language.
P.R.O.U.D. Inc. helps put some of those principles into practice.
One is creative and intellectual work.
The other is nonprofit service.
They are connected through Tyson Pete.
They are not the same organization.
That distinction should remain clear.
