MEDIA RELEASE AND CONSENT AGREEMENT
Effective Date: May 30, 2026
 
By participating in any Tyson Pete LLC or P.R.O.U.D. Inc. event, workshop, retreat, program, coaching session, community gathering, educational activity, livestream, podcast, interview, or public appearance, I grant permission for Tyson Pete LLC and P.R.O.U.D. Inc. to photograph, record, videotape, livestream, and otherwise capture my image, voice, likeness, statements, and participation.
 
AUTHORIZATION
I authorize Tyson Pete LLC and P.R.O.U.D. Inc. to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, display, transmit, and otherwise utilize such media for lawful purposes including:

• Marketing

• Advertising

• Public relations

• Fundraising

• Educational materials

• Publications

• Social media

• Websites

• Podcasts

• Newsletters

• Promotional campaigns
   

NO COMPENSATION
I understand that I will not receive compensation, royalties, or other payment for the use of my image, voice, likeness, or statements.
 
WAIVER OF APPROVAL
I waive any right to inspect or approve final photographs, videos, recordings, advertisements, publications, or other materials in which my likeness appears.
 
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I release and hold harmless Tyson Pete LLC, P.R.O.U.D. Inc., their officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any claims arising from the use of my image, likeness, voice, or participation.
 
MINORS
For participants under the age of 18, consent must be provided by a parent or legal guardian.
 
REVOCATION
Written requests regarding future use may be submitted to Tyson@TysonPete.com. Previously published materials may not be subject to removal.
