Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During product launches, holidays, special promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

SHIPPING METHODS
We primarily ship through trusted carriers, including:

• United States Postal Service (USPS)

• UPS

• FedEx

• Other approved delivery partners

Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout when available.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times begin after order processing has been completed.

International Orders

• Delivery times vary by destination.

• Most international shipments arrive within 7–21 business days.

Customs processing may result in additional delays beyond our control.

SHIPPING RATES

ORDER TRACKING
When tracking information is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-shipped.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier.
We are not responsible for:

• Lost packages marked as delivered

• Stolen packages

• Delays caused by shipping carriers

• Weather-related delays

• Customs delays

Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

2. Include photographs of:

   • The damaged item

   • Packaging materials

   • Shipping label

3. Provide your order number.

We will review claims and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or store credit.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES
International customers are responsible for:

• Customs duties

• Import taxes

• VAT charges

• Brokerage fees

These charges are imposed by the destination country and are not included in product or shipping prices.
PREORDERS
Products offered on a preorder basis will include estimated shipping dates on the product page.
Actual shipment dates may vary due to manufacturing, printing, production, or supply-chain factors.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products, including eBooks, downloadable resources, courses, templates, and digital publications, are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping charges.
