REFUND POLICY
A LEGAL DISCLAIMER
Effective Date: May 30, 2026
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Books, merchandise, and physical products may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery if received damaged or defective.
Customers must contact us before returning any item.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of:
E-books
Downloadable guides
Workbooks
Digital courses
Templates
Audio files
are final and non-refundable.
COACHING SERVICES
Refund requests for coaching services must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of purchase and before services have been rendered.
Once coaching services begin, refunds will not be issued.
EVENTS
Registration fees for events may be transferred to another event at our discretion.
Refund eligibility will be stated on the registration page for each event.
DONATIONS
All charitable donations made to P.R.O.U.D. Inc. are generally non-refundable.

WHAT TO INCLUDE IN THE REFUND POLICY
